The Annual Environmental Expo

Well, I suppose that I should begin by introducing myself. My name is Max, and I’m a regular seventeen-year-old kid, trying to figure out what to do with the rest of my life. I’m a Boy Scout, and in order to reach the Eagle Rank, I had to organize and carry out some sort of service project that supported an organization or group. I decided that I wanted to do something good for the Environment, and one of my Scout leaders, Mr. Tong, suggested this as a possible project idea.

I like to put 250% into whatever project I undertake. When I proposed this Expo to all the necessary people in the Rip Van Winkle Council, they were impressed by the amount of work I was creating for myself, and were also slightly worried that I would be able to take on a project of such magnitude.

Beginning was quite slow-going. It’s a lot of work, but the project is also fun, and I am certainly learning a whole lot. Make sure that you show up on February 4th: This project is going to turn out amazing!
